GoldenYears was born when our founder, Dr. Helen Whitfield, struggled to find quality in-home care for her own parents. Despite decades in geriatric medicine, navigating the fragmented care landscape was overwhelming.
She envisioned a platform that would connect families with thoroughly vetted, compassionate caregivers—making quality senior care accessible, transparent, and personalized.
Today, GoldenYears serves over 10,000 families across all 50 states, with a network of 2,000+ certified caregivers and a team of medical professionals dedicated to dignified aging.
